What is Inner Circle Sound?

Inner Circle Sound is a sound experience designed for couples and small groups. It combines guided breath practice, therapeutic sound, and — if you’d like it — a cacao ceremony.

Using crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum and other therapeutic instruments, I create a calming and restorative soundscape — to quiet the mind, relax the body, and bring everyone in the room into greater inner balance and a shared state of rest.

What’s included:

Everything is prepared for you. All you need to do is arrive.

  • A private experience for 2–4 people
  • Guided breathwork
  • A therapeutic sound immersion — crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum and other instruments
  • Yoga mat and blankets
  • A weighted lavender eye pillow
  • A grounding aromatherapy blend

The experience

Before

Before your session, we’ll take a few moments to connect and explore what you’d like this experience to support. You don’t need to have anything figured out — sometimes simply creating space for what is present is enough.

Beginning

We begin with a guided breathing practice to gently bring you back into your body. As you settle in, the sound begins — crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and other therapeutic instruments.

Guiding you

I stay with you throughout the experience, guiding you into deeper relaxation and responding to what your body and nervous system need in the moment rather than following a fixed sequence.

Closing

We close with a grounding integration practice, allowing you to carry the experience forward — returning to your day feeling centered, rested, and renewed.

Optional

You can add an extra 30 minutes and enhance the experience with a grounding cacao ceremony.

How sound therapy works

Sound has been used across cultures for centuries as a tool for meditation, ritual, and restoration. Today, sound‑based practices continue to be explored through research on relaxation, stress response, and the mind‑body connection.

During a sound immersion, steady tones and vibrations create an environment that encourages the body to slow down, the mind to become quieter, and the nervous system to shift toward rest.

This allows space for the body's natural ability to recover, regulate, and return to balance.

Sound therapy may support:

  • Stress reduction

Lowers heart rate and cortisol levels by calming the nervous system.

  • Improved sleep quality

Prepares the brain for deeper, more restorative sleep cycles.

  • Enhanced mental clarity

Quiets the mind to improve focus and create emotional spaciousness.

  • Pain & tension relief

Helps soothe chronic physical discomfort by releasing stored bodily stress.

  • Emotional balance

Creates a safe, grounding space to process and let go of tension.

A space to slow down, breathe, and experience deep restoration together.

I believe a shared sound experience can create deeper, more meaningful relationships.

Because when you shift your inner state, you bring more love, presence, and authenticity to your connections.

What people are saying

Every experience is different. Many people notice afterwards:

  • More mentally clear, and deeply rested
  • Less reactive to everyday stress
  • More emotionally grounded
  • More connected to themselves, and to their own inner wisdom
  • More creative and inspired
  • More present with the people they love

Able to meet life with intention instead of urgency — not because everything around them changed, but because something within them did.

You have a special gift. I dropped in really fast into the sound bath. It was so great! So beautiful.

About halfway through, I noticed my mind quieting down in a way that's hard to achieve even with meditation. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, more centered, and surprisingly refreshed — almost like I had taken a long nap.

She gives a room for freedom so you can relax and be with your thoughts for a little. I especially liked the sound of drums that makes you feel like you are in the jungle and awakens spiritual feelings! 🌿

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any experience with meditation or sound healing?

No. Nothing is required of you and there is nothing to do correctly.

Many people arrive having never done anything like this before — and they're often the ones most surprised by how deeply they can relax.

What should we wear?

Whatever you'd be comfortable lying down in for an hour. Something soft and warm.

That's the whole list of things to prepare.

Will we fall asleep?

Falling asleep is completely normal. Some people enter a dreamlike state, some remain aware, and some drift in and out.

There is no right way to experience it.

Where does the session happen?

At your place, at my home studio, or at a studio we choose together.

We'll talk through all the details — including anything a third‑party space would add — before anything is confirmed.

Can we be more than four?
